Mission Statement

The Mission of Barney Neighborhood House is to enhance the lives of the citizens of the District of Columbia by providing social services, health care, and education with special emphasis on the elderly, youth, and the mentally challenged.

Vision Statement

We believe that our first responsibility is to provide programs and services for senior citizens and the mentally challenged in our community and all others who can benefit from our services.
